Delhi couple who racially abused 3 Arunachal women arrested, SC/ST act invoked

Delhi-based couple Ruby Jain and Harsh Singh, who allegedly hurled racial abuses at three Arunachal Pradesh women in Malviya Nagar, were arrested and booked under relevant provisions of the SC/ST Act, the Delhi Police said. This comes after the three women alleged their modesty was insulted and they were criminally intimidated. Further investigation is underway in the case, police added.
