Delhi's active COVID-19 cases rise by over 190% in a month

The number of active COVID-19 cases in Delhi has increased by over 190% in a month with 84,087 cases being reported during the period, according to government data. The number increased from 11,068 active COVID-19 cases on August 18 to 32,250 on Friday. On August 4, active cases dropped below the 10,000-mark for the first time since May 30.
