Delhivery acquires Dubai logistics firm Aramex's India arm

Gurugram-based logistics startup Delhivery has acquired Dubai-based logistics firm Aramex's India business for an undisclosed amount and will take over the operations from March 1. However, Aramex revealed it will continue with its international business in India. Aramex had previously invested in Mumbai-based hyperlocal delivery platform Grab and Jaipur-based on-demand delivery startup Logisure.
