Delimitation, Women's Reservation Bills absent from govt's agenda for Monsoon Session

The Centre has listed seven new and pending bills in the tentative legislative business for Parliament's Monsoon Session. New bills include the Prevention of Insults to National Honour (Amendment) Bill and the Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Bill, among others. However, Delimitation Bill and Women's Reservation Bill aren't listed, despite speculation that they could be reintroduced.
