Delimitation bill being dressed up as women's quota bill: Congress

Congress leader Manish Tewari said delimitation bill is being dressed up as women's reservation bill and that is their "principal objection". "The government should delink it from delimitation. They should bring a proposal before...House that out of existing 543 seats in Parliament, one third...should be reserved for women," he stated. Delimitation and women's quota bills will be tabled today.
