Deliver change or get off the train: Citigroup's warning to 2.4 lakh staff

Citigroup's CEO Jane Fraser has asked the company's 2.4 lakh employees to help with the bank's biggest restructuring in 15 years. In a stern warning, Fraser told Citigroup employees to "deliver the change, or get off the train". Citigroup, which has about 16,000 employees in the UK, recently indicated that layoffs could hit employees in the country.
