Delivery boy first spotted sparks in AC: Delhi BJP chief on Delhi building fire

Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva, while speaking to reporters about a fire that broke out in a building in Vivek Vihar, said that a delivery boy who arrived at building first noticed sparks coming from air conditioner. He added that by the time he realised what had happened, the situation had worsened. At least nine people were killed in incident.
