Dell-backed cybersecurity firm Secureworks lays off 9% employees

US-based cybersecurity company Secureworks, backed by Dell Technologies, has laid off about 9% of its global workforce as part of its restructuring. The move will reportedly affect over 200 employees. The company said it is implementing the layoffs to "align its investments more closely with its strategic priorities". Earlier this week, Dell Technologies announced it will lay off 6,650 employees.
