Deloitte to fire 2,500 US employees from its consulting unit: Report

Deloitte is planning to fire 2,500 employees from its consulting unit in US, Bloomberg reported citing an internal company call. The job cuts will be made among groups that are overseen by Dan Helfrich, CEO of Deloitte Consulting. A Deloitte spokesperson has said that it's aligning its resources with "clients' evolving needs in connection with annual fiscal financial planning".
