Maruti Suzuki's Chairman RC Bhargava said demand isn't the biggest challenge faced by auto industry but is the lack of manpower that affects the end product. "Demand is on the rise and will continue to do so, at least in the short term," he said. Once pent-up demand is managed, the industry will "run into the barriers" again, Bhargava added.
