Demolition process of Mumbai's illegal Gulistan Apartments begins

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has started the demolition process of the Gulistan Apartments, which is a building with 90 flats, in Mumbai and disconnected the electricity and water supply on Monday. "As this is a sensitive issue, we waited for Ramzan and Ganeshotsav...We will bring it to ground zero at the earliest," an officer who oversees the demolition said.
