Denial of sex can be considered mental cruelty if it is persistent: Delhi HC

Delhi HC has said denial of sex can be considered mental cruelty where it's found to be persistent. However, it said such allegations could not be proved merely on basis of "vague averments", particularly when marriage was also consummated. The court said this while refusing to uphold a lower court order granting divorce on a husband's plea against his wife.
