Denied job for not being 'Uber-y enough', claims woman

Uber has been sued by a woman named Ilana Diamond who claims she was rejected for a full-time job because she wasn't "Uber-y enough". In the lawsuit claiming gender discrimination, Diamond said she was allegedly replaced as the acting photo brand manager by a man with less experience. She also claims upon confrontation, an Uber supervisor said, "He's a dude".
