Denmark bans work permits for international students

Denmark has implemented a new immigration rule that bars international students enrolled in non-state-approved higher education programmes from obtaining work permits. This policy change also removes the right to a post-study job search stay and prevents students from bringing accompanying family members. The move aims to prevent the misuse of the student visa system for low-skilled employment.
