Denmark texted Trump's team about boosting US military presence in Greenland: Report

Denmark sent private messages to US President-elect Donald Trump's team, expressing willingness to boost US' military presence in Greenland without claiming it, Axios reported. This comes as Greenland, which has urged for independence from Denmark, also said it was willing to engage with Trump even as it doesn't want to 'be American'. Trump has expressed his desire to buy Greenland.
