Dense fog grips Delhi-NCR, Delhi Airport issues travel advisory

Dense fog covered Delhi-NCR for a second consecutive day on Tuesday, reducing visibility across the national capital. Delhi Airport issued an advisory, saying, "Flight operations are currently being conducted under CAT III conditions," and urged passengers to contact their airlines for updates. The city also recorded its coldest February day in four years on Monday.
