Dense fog hits Delhi-NCR, zero visibility in many areas

Dense fog hit Delhi-NCR on Monday evening, causing visibility to drop sharply in many areas. It also affected operations at the airport, as air quality deteriorated into the 'severe' category. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a 'yellow' alert for dense fog on Tuesday morning. At least 128 flights were cancelled on Monday morning amid dense fog.
