Denying pension to MPSEB absorbed employees discriminatory: SC

The Supreme Court held that denying pension to the employees solely on the ground of their origin in the societies amounts to unjust discrimination. It granted relief to the absorbed employees of MPSEB (Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board) holding that all of them would be entitled to pension.
