Deployment of CAPF in Delhi extended till Mar 15 amid farmers' protest

The Home Ministry has extended deployment of 93 companies of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) in Delhi till March 15 for law-and-order duties, in view of the ongoing farmers' protest against the three farm laws. Earlier, farmers' leader Rakesh Tikait had said that if the three laws are not repealed, farmers will gherao the Parliament with 40 lakh tractors.
