Deputy mayor seeks home near BMC HQ, says daily travel causes strain; Mumbaikars react

Mumbai Deputy Mayor and Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Ghadi has sought accommodation in a bungalow in Byculla, close to the BMC HQ in CSMT. In a letter, he said the daily commute from Dahisar(East) causes "mental and physical strain". "Why is the Deputy Mayor not using Mumbai's rapidly expanding metro network?" one Mumbaikar asked. "What about common citizens?" asked another.
