Dera Bassi doctor 'attacked', staff suspend OPD service in protest

Allegedly angered by the referral of their patient to another hospital, two unidentified men attacked a woman doctor near Dera Bassi Sub-Divisional Hospital on Friday morning. Victim Jot Noor, an anaesthetist, was allegedly slapped and pushed around before she managed to lock herself in her car.
