Detergent instead of salt put in mid-day meal at Bihar govt school; 24 students fall ill

Over two dozen students fell ill after allegedly consuming a mid-day meal at a government school in Bihar's Nalanda, officials said. Locals claimed detergent powder was mistakenly added to food after being confused with salt, as both were reportedly kept together in the kitchen. Soon after eating, several students complained of dizziness and began vomiting before being shifted to hospital.
