Deutsche Bank allows men six-month childcare leave in India

Deutsche Bank from January next year will offer all its male employees in India six months of childcare leave if they happen to be primary caregivers. "The new parental leave policy centres on the caregiver’s responsibility, rather than tie parental leave to gender," the bank said. The policy also covers surrogacy and adoption and aligns it with parental leave entitlements.
