Deutsche Bank hires in India amid 18,000 worldwide job cuts

Deutsche Bank's Indian unit is set to hire 140 people to boost its retail banking and wealth management operations after receiving a €470 million (₹3,740 crore) infusion this year. The German lender said India is a growth market and everyone has high expectations from the country. It recently announced plans to reduce its global workforce by 18,000 and cut costs.
