Congress MP Mallikarjun Kharge, while delivering his farewell speech in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday, joked that former PM HD Deve Gowda fell in love with them (Congress) but married Prime Minister Narendra Modi. PM Modi, along with other MPs, was seen laughing over Kharge's remarks. Notably, Deve Gowda's party, JDS, is under alliance with the BJP-led NDA.
