Located on the outskirts of Kodaikanal, Devils Kitchen is also known as Guna Caves after the 1992 Tamil blockbuster Guna was filmed there. The walk to the caves through a pine forest and the twisted roots of Sholas add to its mystery. The dark caves are home to bats because they offer optimal humidity and stable temperatures for their growth.
