DGCA asks int'l airlines to waive cancellation fee amid coronavirus

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has advised international airlines to waive cancellation fee and rescheduling charges or look at providing other incentives amid coronavirus outbreak. "It would be appropriate if the airlines support their passengers in this tough time," the DGCA said. Earlier, the Civil Aviation Ministry asked domestic carriers to make flight cancellations free.
