DGCA can't interfere in dispute between Akasa, its pilots: Filing
Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has told Delhi High Court that it "doesn't have any power" to interfere in the dispute between Akasa Air and its pilots, as per a filing seen by Reuters. Akasa reportedly accused DGCA of inaction after over 40 of its pilots resigned without serving their notice periods. The airline has also sued some pilots.
