DGCA issues advisory to airlines over surge pricing as tourists rush home from Pahalgam
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) issued an advisory to airlines over surge pricing and waiving cancellation charges following a rush of tourists seeking to return to their homes after the Pahalgam terror attack.
