Dhruv Sharma, entrepreneur who sold same property to 25 buyers, was on Forbes 30 Under 30 list

Delhi-based entrepreneur Dhruv Sharma has been arrested by Gurugram Police for a ₹500-crore fraud. The Boston University graduate who owns Gurugram's 32nd Avenue was featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2018 after founding GuestHouser, which Forbes called "India's version of AirBNB". He was arrested for allegedly selling the same floor of a commercial building to 25 buyers.
