World’s leading liquor maker Diageo on Monday opened its first back office in India in Bengaluru. This is the fifth such office for the firm worldwide. The centre will start with providing finance and accounting services for the beverage company globally. Further the company also expects to increase its staff strength from 100 to around 1,000 by 2017-end.
