Did I owe you money?: Jet Airways CEO as customer asks him to pay for cancelled ticket

Jet Airways CEO Sanjiv Kapoor responded to a Twitter user asking him to pay for their cancelled ticket and said, "Sorry, was I part of Jet 1.0 or did I personally owe you money?" He further told the user that if they followed the refund process defined by the NCLT after "Jet 1.0" suspended operations, they will receive the refund.
