Did Qatar Quash Death Sentence Of Ex-Indian Navy Personnels?

While social media circles are rife with the claim that Qatar is quashing the death sentence of 8 ex-navy officers, no such reports have come out of either Qatar, or the MEA in India. The Navy chief and external affairs minister have said that they are making all out efforts to ensure their return, confirming that the news is fake.
