Didn't get invite to Deepotsav, BJP politicising festivals: SP MP

SP MP Awadhesh Prasad, who won from the Faizabad constituency that houses Ayodhya's Ram Mandir, on Wednesday said he didn't receive an invite to the Deepotsav event in the city. "BJP is politicising this festival and dividing people. I haven't received a pass or invitation to Deepotsav," Prasad stated. "This festival doesn't belong to any one community," the 79-year-old added.
