Didn't grow up around dad, I felt like 'man of the house': Shahid

Shahid Kapoor said he'd feel "very responsible" at a very young age. He said, "I didn't grow up around my father (Pankaj Kapur)...So in such situations, you don't see your age but feel like, 'I'm the man of the house'." Shahid further said he was always very protective of his mother. "She always treated me like a friend," he said.
