Didn't hear such laughter since Ramayan serial: PM on Cong MP

Reacting to Congress MP Renuka Chowdhury's laughter during his Rajya Sabha address, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "After Ramayan serial, we had the privilege of hearing this kind of laughter today." He also requested Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu to not say anything to Chowdhury. In his speech, the PM slammed the Congress for blocking the instant Triple Talaq bill.
