DigiLocker can now be accessed via WhatsApp, says govt; reveals process

Citizens can now use the MyGov Helpdesk on WhatsApp to access the DigiLocker service, the government said. PAN Card, driving licence, CBSE Class 10 Passing Certificate and Class 10, 12 marksheets, vehicle RC, two-wheeler insurance and insurance policy can be accessed. Users can send 'Namaste or Hi or Digilocker' to MyGov chatbot on WhatsApp number +91 9013151515 for access.
