Digital health platform MFine merges with LifeCell International

Digital healthcare startup MFine will merge with the diagnostic arm of Chennai-based LifeCell International to form a merged entity called LifeWell, according to the company's Co-founder Prasad Kompalli. LifeWell has raised $80 million from New York-based healthcare investment firm OrbiMed. Bengaluru-based MFine was founded by former Myntra executives Prasad Kompalli and Ashutosh Lawania in 2017.
