Digvijaya Singh writes to PM seeking white paper on paper leaks

Congress MP Digvijaya Singh wrote a letter to PM Narendra Modi urging the government to release a white paper on paper leaks and irregularities in examinations. Singh said the white paper should include details of actions taken by NTA and other agencies on paper leaks over the last eight years. Transparency will build confidence among our youth, the letter read.
