Dilip Buildcon has received PNGRB authorisation to develop an LPG pipeline from Paradip to Raipur through a wholly owned SPV. The project creates a proposed EPC opportunity of about ₹1,800 crore, with construction targeted over 36 months and a 25-year operating period under the regulated common-carrier framework.
