Diogo Jota was not over-speeding when his car crashed: Witness

A truck driver who reportedly witnessed the crash involving Liverpool forward Diogo Jota and his brother Andre Silva's Lamborghini has claimed that the car was not over-speeding when it crashed. Earlier, a preliminary report had suggested that excessive speed was the likely cause of the car crash, which led to a blown tyre and caused the car to lose control.
