Directionless: Congress MP Channi as he criticises Budget 2025

Congress MP Charanjit Singh Channi criticised the Union Budget 2025-26 presented on Saturday, calling it a "directionless budget". "There was nothing in the budget for any sector," he said, adding that several states, including Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh were ignored. "They (BJP) are selling everything to their own 'East India Company'," Channi said.
