Filmmaker Hansal Mehta on Saturday took to Twitter to share a picture of his son with Down Syndrome. "It's World Down Syndrome Day. And my son is truly special. And truly unique," he wrote. "Big hug to him," director Milap Zaveri commented on the photo, while actor Rahul Dev wrote, "Much love to him."
