A director said most attractive part of me is that I'm 'ugly': SRK

Speaking about the early days of his career, Shah Rukh Khan said a director once called him ugly. "[The director] said 'The most attractive part of you is that you're very ugly...all these heroes, they look really Swiss chocolate-like'," Khan said at the 77th Locarno Film Festival. He added that he took darker, more complex characters after the director's critique.
