During the 15th edition of 'Mann Ki Baat' on the radio, PM Narendra Modi on Sunday said that people with disabilities should be addressed as "Divyaang" meaning divine body, since they are blessed with some extraordinary powers. Modi also referred to the Accessible India programme launched by the Centre recently to make disabled-friendly transportation, hospitals, schools, parks and lifts.
