Disallow crowd on New Year's Eve in MG Rd, Brigade Rd: BBMP to K'taka Govt

Bengaluru's civic body, the BBMP has asked the state to not allow New Year's Eve celebrations that draw crowds, especially at Brigade Road, MG Road and surrounding areas to prevent surge in COVID-19 cases. BBMP also suggested that pubs, bars and restaurants must not allow more than 50 people on New Year's Eve to ensure physical distancing is maintained.
