Disclose AGM voting results within 24 hours: SEBI to Dish TV

SEBI has ordered Dish TV to disclose the voting results of its annual general meeting (AGM), held on December 30, in the next 24 hours. It also issued show cause notices and ordered depositories to freeze Demat accounts of the company's directors and compliance officer. Dish TV didn't disclose AGM voting results citing a pending case in the Bombay HC.
