Discuss menstruation openly with boys & girls in school, it's not just 'women's issue': SC

After recognising the right to menstrual hygiene as a fundamental right, Supreme Court said that treating menstrual health as a "women's issue" perpetuates the stigma attached to it. Calling for discussing menstruation openly with boys and girls in school, it noted, "When menstruation is discussed openly in schools, it ceases to be a source of shame."
