Disney doesn't hire Whites, doesn't promote them: SVP in sting op

Disney SVP Michael Giordano said the firm doesn't prefer hiring Whites, particularly White males, and doesn't promote them either, a sting operation video posted by journalist James O'Keefe showed. Giordano said Disney didn't hire a half-Black man as he didn't "appear half-Black" and that it uses "acceptable code words" to explain preferences. He reportedly took leave as video went viral.
