Disney heir criticises firm for protecting $1.5bn bonus while cutting 1L staff's pay

Walt Disney's heir Abigail Disney has criticised the company for keeping executive bonuses and dividends worth over $1.5 billion while cutting pay of over 1,00,000 workers. She added that the amount could pay salaries of frontline workers for three months. "Pay the people who make magic happen with respect and dignity they have more than earned from you," she said.
